What this site is
A record of a recreational tennis league: fixtures, results, standings, rankings and club notices. It is provided for the league's players and anyone interested in it, free of charge.
Results and standings
Scores, standings and rankings are entered and maintained by the commissioner. We try to keep them right and we correct mistakes when we find them, but the figures on this site are a record of a friendly league, not an official document. If something about your record looks wrong, tell the commissioner.
Using the site
Use it as it is meant to be used. Do not attempt to gain access to any part of it you have not been given, interfere with how it runs, scrape it wholesale, or use it to harass anybody. The availability links sent to players are meant for the player who received them.
Administrator access
Dashboard access is granted by the club to particular people. If you have it, keep your sign-in to yourself and tell the club at once if you think somebody else has it.
Messages
Players who give the club a mobile number may be messaged about their own matches and about their availability. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. What we do with your number is described in the Privacy Policy.
What is on the site
The club owns the words, the crest and the design. Photographs of players are used with their agreement. Nothing here may be republished commercially without the club's permission; linking to it is welcome. If a photograph of you is on the site and you would rather it were not, ask and it will come down.
Playing tennis
Playing in the league is at your own risk, as it is on any court anywhere. The club does not provide medical or insurance cover, and the courts belong to the venues that host us, whose rules apply while you are on them.
The site itself
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always be correct, or always be up to date. To the extent the law allows, the club is not liable for any loss arising from using it or from being unable to.
Where this applies
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears on this page and the date above changes with it.
